Garrett Seymour

I build the integrations, web apps, and AI tools that connect the systems a business runs on.

13+ years with React, Node.js, Laravel, and WordPress, from Infusionsoft-to-ShipStation bridges to MCP servers that plug Claude into Gmail.

About

The short version

I've been building for the web since 2013: WordPress plugins and Infusionsoft integrations first, then Laravel and React apps, and lately AI tooling that plugs models into everyday systems.

Most of my work lives in the middle of a system: the APIs, auth flows, and data plumbing that let different tools talk to each other reliably. I care about software that's fast, accessible, and easy for the next developer to pick up.

What I do

Where I can help

The kinds of work I've done most over the last 13 years.

API integrations & automation

Connecting the platforms a business already runs on (CRMs, shipping, email) with OAuth flows and custom REST integrations that keep data moving without manual exports.

e.g. GetUShipped, the Infusionsoft OAuth toolkit

Web applications

Full-stack apps with React and TypeScript on the front end and Node.js or Laravel with MySQL behind them, built to be fast, accessible, and easy to maintain.

e.g. drafti, the stake-pool donation tracker

WordPress development

Custom plugins, post types, and admin workflows for sites that need more than a theme can give them.

e.g. Tooltip and post-type notification plugins

AI tooling

MCP servers and LLM pipelines that plug models like Claude into the tools you already use, running locally where privacy matters.

e.g. gmail-mcp, llm-orchestrate

Things I've built

Client integrations, open-source tools, and experiments. The code in each card comes straight from the project.

MCP tools
// Tools exposed to Claude
list_accounts // every signed-in inbox
list_recent_emails // one account's inbox
search_emails // Gmail query syntax
read_email // full body by message ID

gmail-mcp

2026

A local MCP server that gives Claude Desktop read-only access to several Gmail inboxes at once. Each account signs in with its own OAuth flow, tokens stay on your machine, and the server talks to Claude over stdio, with no cloud hosting.

$ llm-orchestrate scan .
$ llm-orchestrate add . "Add rate limiting"
$ llm-orchestrate run .
# each task lands on llm-orchestrator/<task-id>

llm-orchestrate

2026

An autonomous overnight coding pipeline. It pulls tasks from each project's backlog (plus TODO and FIXME notes it finds in the code), runs them through a nine-phase LLM pipeline on local models only, and commits each result to its own git branch with a Markdown run report.

        setEditorState={setEditorState} />

drafti

2021

An experimental rich-text editor component for React, built on Draft.js and published to npm. A learn-in-public project in packaging and shipping a reusable component.

GetUShipped

2016

A direct API integration between Infusionsoft (now Keap) and ShipStation: the bridge that connects a CRM to a shipping platform.

Infusionsoft OAuth toolkit

2016–17

Two PHP tools for the Infusionsoft API. infusedAuth falls back to the API key if an access token fails and the refresh token is lost. The SDK installer gets new developers running quickly with Composer, the PHP SDK, and access tokens stored in MySQL.

Stake-pool operations

2021–22

Infrastructure for running Cardano stake-pool nodes: Ansible playbooks that update every node in an inventory with one command, and a Laravel app that tracks donations made to the pool.

Journey

The path so far

13 years of building things, from WordPress plugins to AI tooling.

  1. 2013

    Started building for the web

Began my web development career, joined GitHub, and started studying Information Technology at Kennesaw State University.

    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
  2. 2015

    First WordPress plugins

Shipped custom WordPress plugins, including a tooltip plugin with its own post meta box for choosing the word, color, content, and image.

    • WordPress
    • PHP
  3. 2016

    API integrations for Infusionsoft

Built GetUShipped, a direct Infusionsoft to ShipStation integration, and infusedAuth for resilient OAuth against the Infusionsoft API. Made Kennesaw State's President's List that spring.

    • PHP
    • OAuth 2.0
    • APIs
  4. 2017

    Onboarding other developers

Wrapped up my Information Technology studies at Kennesaw State and built an installer that gets new developers running with the Infusionsoft PHP SDK, Composer, and MySQL.

    • PHP
    • Composer
    • MySQL
  5. 2019

    Self-hosted tooling

Built a PHP web dashboard for monitoring the work running on headless BOINC machines.

    • PHP
    • Linux
  6. 2020

    Comic Nexus

Started Comic Nexus, a side project built on the Marvel Comics API.

    • APIs
  7. 2021

    React components and stake-pool tooling

Published drafti, a Draft.js editor component, to npm, and built a Laravel app that tracks donations to a Cardano stake pool.

    • React
    • TypeScript
    • Laravel
  8. 2022

    Infrastructure as code

Wrote Ansible playbooks that keep every Cardano node in an inventory up to date, and scoped a project-management app with S3 lifecycle rules for archived files.

    • Ansible
    • AWS
    • Linux
  9. 2026

    AI tooling

Built gmail-mcp to give Claude Desktop read-only access to several Gmail inboxes, and llm-orchestrate, an overnight coding pipeline that runs entirely on local models.

    • TypeScript
    • MCP
    • Node.js
